These Liners are the most common liners used to seal the neck of the bottle and keep the installed product safe.
One side is printed the phrase “safety for your protection “and from the down side is equipped with a small amount of glue. IHS Liner (induction Seal Liners ) are Liners that seal tightly and airtight your bottle . the IHS Liner we use for or glass bottles are specific designed for Glass bottles and it is a two-part product .
One side is aluminum foil and the other side is pressed paper , to apply it requires induction with an induction closing machine .
We provide the IHS Liners assembled inside the caps , with the aluminum foil side face down ands is applied on the bottle neck .
The design of the IHS Liner is with four ears that protruding from the diameter . These four ears hold the liners inside cap during production till cap is screwed on the bottle , but in the same time when unscrew the cap , it release the cap very easily without any resistance and Liner remain on the bottle neck to maintain the safety of the product.
It can easily be removed by pulling off from one side.
